Trinity Fellowship was formed in the summer of 1979 under the
direction of Pastor Henry Aguilera. The first location of the new
congregation was the Red Lion Downtowner Hotel. In addition to
the hotel, during the next four years the congregation met at BSU
and in a small building on Northview Avenue. In 1983 the building
at 300 North Latah was purchased and became our permanent
home. Several pastors have served our congregation well since
that time. The pastoral position at Trinity Fellowship is currently
vacant - but Jesus Christ is still the Chief Shepherd of this local
Body of Believers!

Trinity Fellowship Church is non-denominational, being made up of
believers from a great variety of backgrounds. From its beginning
the church has tried to accept people as they are and help them
grow into devoted worshippers of Jesus Christ. While we hold to
the Word of God as our standard of faith and conduct, we
understand that none of us will be perfect until we stand in the
presence of Jesus Christ. We believe that perfecting people is not
the work of the church or it's ministers, but of the Holy Spirit. We
are, therefore, committed to being there for people as they work
their way through life's problems.

When you worship at Trinity Fellowship Church you will be in the
presence of people who are still laboring to overcome problems
and sins. If you come to us expecting to find flawless Christians
you will be disappointed. On the other hand, if you are looking for
a place where people are accepted as they are now while they
become more like Jesus, you will probably be comfortable here.
